everything here is true. only thing that is decent parking. i have had pest control come 3 times to kill ants, still here. the other night i went into the kitchen to find a dead cockroach on my floor. so much for pest control THaT I PAY FOR!

kids from other properties are low class. have ruined th eplay area, broken the laundry doors and windows, ripped the chain link fence to the tennis courts, skateboard all over th eparking lot and never move when you are tryin gto drive, I just keep going if they don't move they get hit.this property has yet to fix the fence and I have been here for almost 4 yeasr. the gates never work, so don't let them fool you into thinking so.DO NOT live on the parking lot side, it's way too loud. people coming home all hours of the night talking laughing will surely get on your nerves. the walls are paper thin. expect to hear everything from your neighborgoing to the bathroom, talking, music, tv, use your imagination. i had to buy earplugs because the guy next door stays up til 6 in the morning playing his tunes. i have had a drug dealer live next to me that the police had to knock down his door and arrest him. then a few weeks later after he took off they were there again with guns drawn looking for him. NO JOKE!
I have lost count how managers they have had and maintenence people. I pay 665 now and I have requested way before hand after reading the rent increases here to ask for in writing what my increase will be so I can get a head start on looking.

Look, people whom have been here long wnough tell the truth. It was great when I first moved here, I liked it. BUT after a year this place has gone down the tubes.

I saw them chasing the above drug dealer (or one of the others?)--great fun. Seriously, I moved here from a much larger city. This complex has more crime and poorer service than anywhere else I have been. Oh, and the folks in the front office are liars.

I agree. It is the poor managment that has been resposible for the these apartments turing into the slum it now is.
