I currently live here but my lease is up in Feb 2006. I do agree with the rate increases, I already pay $855 for a 2/2 and the rent is increasing to $900. As far as the kids coming in from other apartments, they are not responsible for that. I have felt safe, my apartment was clean and up to date from the time I moved in, which is whats most important to me. Im worried about my living arrangements, not whats going on outside. I havent had any problems with mold or bugs, which was a big problem for me in previous apartments. When I did call for minor issues, they came and fixed them right away. Parking is good. You can hear your neighbor faintly, but its not too bothersome. I wish I could stay but $900 is just too much, I may as well get a house.
