I have been living here for almost 5 years. and i would recommend Sabal Palms to anyone looking for an Apt. I worked for an apt for maintenance while working on my degree. It is hard to make everyone happy. everyone thinks that their problem is the only thing that needs to get done or they want it done now as if their problem is more important than someone else's. Or they tie up their time with ridiculous things like changing light bulbs or air filters when they could be fixing a real problem. And all I can say about being able to hear the people next door, at most apt's you can if they are too loud or walk heavy on the floor (your ceiling).. thats apt life. stop complaining or buy a house. There are some bad apts out there. This IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Generally I have found there are not bad apts just bad neighbors.

I believe that you are the manager or work in the office, because everything that you said is not true. Did you get paid to write this review? I have been living here for almost 5 years too and everything that you wrote is false. The garbage overflows, section 8 residences, routine police patrol, maintenance is horrible, dirty breezeways, thin walls, office never answers there phone and have no idea of professionalism. I had a wet carpet for three days because the balcony gets floated every time is a summer storm and management did not care. I had to go the office and complain twice a day for three days to get my carpet clean. YES IM MOVING!!!!!
