Sabal Palm is great for the price I pay for a two bedroom, of course ANYWHERE you live there are going to be some things that you don't like or small things wrong..but if a dumpster with too much trash or a broken security gate is the biggest concern for a resident..then maybe you shouldn't be living in an apartment! Regardless if the gates worked, I am almost positive that people would still manage to get in. My apartment is in great shape, and I've never had a problem with maintenance, bugs, or any of the other SMALL issues others have reviewed. In one incident however, my car was broken into and the radio was stolen. But if everyone would look at there lease is states that the apartment complex is NOT responsible for security, and almost 90 percent of other apartment complexes are the same. It would be impossible for a complex to insure security for 1000 residents living there. I love the location, the price, and the apartment and if you're looking for a nice and affordable place then check out Sabal Palm. But if you're looking to complain about every small thing possible, and complain that 675 is "too much" then you should either A. look at the other apartments that are 675 and I'm sure you'll be running back to Sabal Palm or B. find a house because every apartment complex is bound to have problems.
