I am an honest person and I am not writing this because I have been kicked out or denied...I lived here and it was a disgrace!!!!

I would never tell anyone to move here. Although they look nice from Dale Mabry and from the outside, these apartments are absolutely horrible. I didnt have many problems when I first moved in but about a month into my lease, things started acting up. My toilet was continuously breaking and my shower always backed up. When I first moved in, my patio screen was ripped and I didnt have a lock on my sliding door. The staff is horrible, nobody knows what they are talking about and DAWN is a -----. The only person that knew anything was Jessica and she quit because she was overworked. As one of the complainers states, the sprinklers flooded all of the possible area to walk and there is no way to avoid getting drinched with water on the stairway. The carpet is thin and there were stains left from the people that lived there before me. I had a three bedroom 2 bath and it was a mess. Oh and dont bother asking maintenance for anything as they will more than likely put a charge on EVERYTHING. TERRIBLE is not the word...they are HORRIBLE. After several times letting them know about things, it got to the point where I terminated my lease now they have some negative crap on my credit report. So this in all, stops me from getting any other apartment that is Equity Resendential related...A MESS!!!!!
OMG...They charge an arm and leg to live here...terrible!!!!!

This is the worse apartment experience I have ever encountered. The worse 5 months of my life.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

It's true about the sprinklers, they drench you when you walk in, it may look nice but it's really not.
