I have been staying here as a guest of a friend whose rent I was considering assuming. After being here and seeing the neglect towards tenants and the towing of cars and discussing the grounds with tenants, I have chosen not to assume my friends lease. I am helping her to find a way to just back out. There are filthy stairs to start with and her building is unkempt as far as response to electrical problems. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

well about the towing of the cars i think they deserve it alot of people park in the handicap parking and they arent and u have visitors who park their car here for a year and expect nothing to happen..the residents cant find parking much less visitors..and to MKUPGIRL..u should suggest to the manager that they make a visitor parking area since its them that take up the parking spaces

the stairs are only filthy cause of "tenants" that treat it like that, i have personally seen the maaintenance clean the stairways at my building, as far as electric, i reported a problem and it was fixed later the next day. When my AC unit quit working, someone was there within 45 mins. this is one of the best places ive rented at and i highly would recommend to anyone. grounds are kept very clean, go visit for yourself. people expect the world, not realizing that it doesnt revolve around them
