Well... I'm very very excited to be writing this review! I love my community! Soooo very glad that I decided to move in here! From Day 1, the staff was extremely welcoming AND genuinely friendly! They not only were helpful in getting me an apartment (based on me not having previous rental history), but since I've been a resident (August '07), I've had nothing but PEACE & QUIET in my building! I tell ALL my friends that if it weren't for the cars in the parking lot, I would honestly think that NObody lives in my building!! I love the community - They've painting, cleaning and refreshing the community for the past few months and it has not caused ANY inconvenience! Love it! Highly Recommend ANYone to rent here! (Even the kids in the community are great - and they don't hang out late and make alot of noise either!)

That's because all the kids come to building 13 and skateboard till 10 o clock making all sorts of noise. And the painters and everyone else are loud as hell. Not a friendly place to be if you work at night.

if the painters werent there, you'd pprobably be complaining that grounds unkept, come on we all appreciate the new look, it's great. Skateboarding, kids are kids, i think its better than being afraid of the kids, or smelling drugs

I love this place. The only reason I am leaving at the end of my lease is because of location. When my boyfriend and I moved here in February, we moved from St. Louis and its hard to find a good apartment without being here. I did all the searching online and he was down here for business and took a look at it. Honestly, if it weren't for location, I would not leave until I bought a house.
