I lived here for 2 years and moved out making a terrible mistake!!! the place I moved was full of cat urine water in 2 walls and my husbands car was vandalized and shot up in a nice area of Carrollwood. We are moving back in Aug because he refuses to stay at the place we moved to! We never had any problems with our cars or anyhting at Sabal Palm. 1 time my A/C froze and the guys came to fix it immediately. People are lazy and destroy things they don't appriciate but all my neighbors are great! The maintenance guys i always see walking around picking up trash and the staff helps out promptly. Where else can you find a three bedroom this size for this price with all the programs and guarantees they offer. No one I have ever heard of offers the free rent if maintenance isn't done or the home buying program. I have family that works for the county and they have told me that these apartments are no where near as bad as most other places in Carrollwood!!! I know of one person that had their car stolen that was done by people they knew and because they were into illegal street racing. so they deserved it and have nothing to complain about because they do it too! I have looked at alot of places and I even do secret shopping and research for alot of these companies people only complain when they are not happy and most the time because of stupid stuff they did themselfs and are trying to cover it with false reasons. If you don't believe me pull the police records for every where you look! I have seen these gates work more than any other place including private neighborhoods and condos! I strongly recommend Sabal Palm and will be leaving comments about the trash heap I am leaving on their page! As for Sabal I haven't had any problems in a long time (mostly since before they painted) and have not heard of any car problems in a long time either! I advise to go check it out the leasing agents are sweet hearts and I go visit them for their flavored coffee all the time! I can never remember their names correctly since they are similar but always willing to help me even on sundays!

This is hilarious! I live at a different equity property and had similiar situations. I am looking at going to Sable this week since my friend as well as younger brother are there. They seem to like it for the most part. each have different views of it. I wonder which property you were at? did you go back to sable?
