Overall I would recommend this apt complex...BUT I do have some complaints- I have leaks in the roof that have gone unfixed for 5 months, the office staff could be nicer, and, if you read the next reports, the gate works one week and then the next its broken. My apt is nice and the surrounding area is quiet. Location is great; close to I4 and I75, so getting to Temple Terrace, Downtown, and Brandon is a snap. I think the price of rent is fare.
