Lived here for one year. Rent is a bit high compared to other complexes in the area, but I think it's worth it. Clean grounds, bugs are very under control. Plenty of parking, laundry hook-ups in the apartment. Prompt service when something needed repair. Nice pond/lake with lots of wildlife to look at from your apartment. Will complain about the noise of the children in the driveways though. They hang out there and talk loudly almost every day.
