This place may be turning a bit ghetto. The other night I left around 1 AM to go to Wal-Mart. As I was driving out of the complex I noticed two young guys (1 white and 1 black between the ages 16-22) riding their BMX-style bikes very slowly and very suspiciously. I didn't think a whole lot of it until I came home about 45 minutes later and noticed that they were still riding around. Why would anybody be riding their bikes at 1:45 in the morning' Every time I drove by they would look at me and then throw their hands up in a hostile manner like they wanted to fight. It was a bit of an eery feeling. All residents in Sabal Park need to keep an eye out for these suspicious individuals.

I am also a tenant in Sabal Park and I too have seen the two boys wandering around into the early hours of the morning. I called the police one night after seeing them again for the 2nd night in a row. The night before, while walking my dog, I saw them jump the fence from Mariner's Cove, running at full speed to the other side of the apt complex. I think the gates should be fixed; it would help, but, ultimately, I think we should have some guard on duty to answer noise complaints and handle these types of problems. I am willing to pay an extra 5 dollars each month, along with the rest of the tenants, to pay someone to watch at night.
