Thank the good Lord that I am moving out of this dump in two weeks. I moved in here 2 years ago and this place has gradually taken a complete nosedive. I mean this place used to be a nice, quiet community for the working class. Not anymore!!!! It's like when the gates were PERMENANTLY removed this place turned for the worst. How about these @sswipes in Building 5 on the 3rd floor facing the lake partying until the sun came up on Monday morning. These jerk offs do this crap every other night. They sing, scream, and play loud ass music all night. Yeah, I love falling asleep to a bunch of retards singing "Hotel California." (sarcastic) How about a bunch of suspicious looking guys hanging out by the tennis courts at 3 in the morning. This is an every night ordeal for these dudes. I don't wanna even know what these guys are up to. When I first moved into this place, that crap would have never been tolerated. However, the office staff which changes every month seems to have lowered their standards greatly. The extremely ironic thing, though, is that these dooshbags raised their rent prices. I know they're screening the porches and painting the buildings. That's all good, but a significant raise in rent for units that don't even have walk-in closets. My unit has a 1982 Whirlpool model oven that burns every damn thing that you put in it. How about replacing that' Forget about the porch and the painting.

I know it sounds like I am just a whiny-@ss tenant, but after 2 years of this place completely regressing I am completely fed up. I need to let people that are looking for a nice, quiet apt. community know that Sabal Park is the wrong place to go. I am so glad my sentence is over in this hole. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!
