Although this complex was at some point a gated community, it is no longer. Apparently the gates broke a while back, and they removed them. So now anyone can just come waltzing in at any time. The noise level in my building is fairly decent, apart from the badly designed breezeways, so the wind slams the doors shut all day and night long. If you have a problem with your apartment, don't expect management to care. If anything, they'll place the blame on you. My upstairs neighbor is a %$^&%$&% and lets their pet pee all over the place (it leaks onto my porch). Ghetto people everywhere here. There is some creepy dude who sits outside of his apartment (by the community pool) and watches you. There is no security, so there is really no immediate safety. However, there are cops who live in the complex, so that's a plus. The construction and design of the place is horrendous. The place needs an update. Depending on where your apartment is, the view can be great. There are ducks here, so thats also a plus. I just wish people would clean up after their animals when they walk them. There is dog crap everywhere. Overall....I wouldn't reccomend it. Look elsewhere.

These gates broke when I lived there, back in 2005. They have been broken ever since.
