Not that bad

I agree with the other reviewer about the maintenance staff. The management fails to realize that they have a 70-unit complex. The maintenance staff is sufficient for maybe 10 units. This complex isn't for everyone, but for me it is perfect. First off you absolutely cannot beat the location and setting. This property is nestled between some of the largest and most glorious lakes in Tampa. It revivals beach-front living, and it's dirt cheap in comparisson! They even have a boat ramp and a lagoon. The buildings were built to last: solid concrete on both stories and interior walls means these will outperform the newer flimsy wood-and-styrofoam apartments being thrown up all over "new tampa" in both durability and sound proofing. There are loads of unrestricted parking spots, and they are very wide and accomodating. Overall I recommend this complex, even if you have to use persuasion with the leasing office to get the details hammered out in a timely fashion.
