By not a nice place to live, I mean that the office staff does not care if they hurt your feelings or not. The maintenance is horrible and they really do not care if they hurt your feelings or not. A lot of the maintenance work is done half way and then you constantly have to call back and complain and then the staff treats you badly because you are the one paying your rent and you have the right to make sure that you have a nice home to live in and items within that home that work properly.
I just think that this is not a very professional business like office and maintenance at all. I will be thankful when my renewed lease expires and I can move somewhere that appriecates my rental payment each month. The fitness center was a feature that drew me here in the first place and the items are never all working and no one cares when I ask about this fitness center, The gate is a joke, why have it if it will never work. The office sold gate openers for $50 and then we have never been able to use them. I can not say that I have enjoyed living at Sailwinds these past years but the past two have been very bad.
