Where does one start. First of all when I was looking for a new home, the property manager came out and talked with us and promised us that we would love living at Sailwinds. That she would guarantee that our new apartment would be just right for us when we moved in. That was the only nice things she has had to say since we moved in. This Merrywether is downright rude! She is always talking about her house, her car, and now most recently her horse. If you want a terrible place to live, please just move here. We have had roaches and rats since we moved in in January and I do mean rats, not mouse, but rats at least a foot long. I have been into the office to report a maintenance problem and heard her yelling and cussing at her employees and the truth be told I feel that this is very unprofessional and not at all the type of place I want to live in. We will not be renewing.
