Let's tell the Real Truth Out There

These ratings are so funny! Anyone who believes this crap from "anonymous" people should have their head examined. Better yet, why don't you come see Sailwinds for yourself and take a few minutes to read the book they keep full of resident letters (from all the hundreds of folks who love it here). Of course, the manager DOES do criminal background checks on all potential residents, and she WILL kick anyone out who is a troublemaker. This place is the best apt. community in Carrollwood because of Meriwether and her staff. There are 80 residents who have lived here since the property was built! Why not talk to them'
