I live at Sailwinds. The manager is rude and self-centered. She thinks we all want to hear about her life when she should be listening to the residents concerns. If that big haired, hilbilly assistant of hers calls me "Honey" or "Sweetie" one more time I'm slapping her with a lawsuit. Maintenance is slow and they've broken more rules than OSHA has written. And what about those specials that apply to some and not others. The leasing staff are like vultures and someone should report them to fair housing. My friend got a better deal than I did when she worked with the Spanish agent because my friend is Spanish and I'm not. I'm sick of the staff especially the self-important manager. I'm leaving after my lease is up but don't think that all residents go out quietly. We're not as dumb as you think! To the managers-You are not the only ones who sets rules so do Government agencies!
