I have lived at 5 different apartments in the last five years. I have left each one because of various problems. After living here for one year, I am transfering to another apartment here to spend my second year. Their townhome rates are unbeatable. The grounds are very well kept and the office personel are very friendly. I don't know why others claim that they have had such a bad experience. They probably have nothing better to do than complain. The maintenence does a great job within 2-3 days of reporting your problem. Which makes sense since they have 70 buildings with 10 apartments in each. Give them a chance you won't regret it.
