Let's look at the facts. There are only 5 good reviews out of 21 reviews so far. 2 of the good review seem like they were done by the staff. Let's look at one:
The Best Place to Live in Carrollwood!
The ANONYMOUS review states, "This lady is dynamite in action...she and her team members strive for the very best. The grounds are immaculate, and I never hve to wait more than a day for my service requests to be done. [...] Ther is not a better location in Tampa!"
Now, who is going to write, "she and her team members strive for the very best". That sounds like something you write on your own resume. Not something you write about apartment managers! Plus, even if you like the apartments - you could not honestly say that there is not a better place to live in Carrollwood or Tampa - which the author states in this review. The only reason one might write that is if THEY ARE THE ONES LEASING THEM!!! Think about it.
