Well it seems that Sailwinds has a new owner/management and the same old tired manager Meriwether Montgomery. Ha, will times never change' Well I am sure that if management reads this that they will say that this was written by an ex employee. Well you see I am am ex employee and an ex resident, however what I have to say is not lies and in fact the whole truth.
Changing the name of this complex will not change a thing as long as Meirwether is the manager there. But you are welcome to her, she really did Brookside a favor by stabbing them in the back as she did.
This complex would run smoothly if in fact there was good and proper management. Does she still take time off to ride her horse or show pictures of her daughter that poses nude for Playboy. Her ex-husband is a joke as a maintenance man but I am sure you will see this soon enough. Then there is the fact that she has in the past and will continue until stopped to have maintenance go to her house on company time and do work. Why do you think there is so many employees and there was always supplies missing. She has a bad habit of wanting to run everyone's life and telling then who and what they can do if they work for her. You have your hands full and no one who has worked with her or for her in the past regrets leaving. As for the apartments one of the first things you will need to do is get rid of the mold and the rats. Work is done poorly and there is a do not care attitude with the employees as long as they receive a check every two weeks. Someone should also check on the leasing staff and reveiw how they receive their commessions. That is a joke also. You would receive bonuses if and only if you were on Meriwether's good side, fall from that and you would receive zero. Well at least I feel better after writing this so renters beware if you decide to lease at The Park at Lake Magdalene. You will not be receiving what you think you would for the money. I ams ure that Meriwether and the new owners will get just what they deserve.
