I liked living at Sailwinds. Although I had a few problems with maintanence in get in a few things fixed, overall it's not a bad place to live. The pool and actually the whole complex is kept top knotch, with exceptions of the weight room( which looks like the equipment is about 50 yrs old.) I asked about the upgrade when I moved in, of course; they said it would be up graded...well 10 months in no results, but new management is in so maybe things will be even better. Overall I had a good experience- single college student
