A Nightmare

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
NO A/C for 9 months!!! They would just come when we would complain enough to "work on it" When they finally (new management) put in a new unit, they left a huge hole in our wall for a month. Whenever maintenance was done they left a huge mess. There is a space under our kitchen cabinet that was never properly covered. We can smell everything the downstairs neighbors cook.
