I have lived in Sailwinds for 3 years and will probably live here for 3 more. The management is very helpful and the grounds are just beautiful. The people who are complaining obviously have never lived in a bad complex.

You must have come from a really bad neighborhood to make such a statement. As a Florida resident for many years, this apartment complex does not live up to a Florida middle class standard of living.
