THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! I WAS HERE FROM 2003 THRU 2004 AND IT WAS A MESS! MY CEILING IN THE BATHROOM FELL AND HAD A BIG WHOLE WHERE WATER WOULD LEAK FROM UPSTAIRS INTO MY SHOWER! YOU CALL MAINTENANCE OVER AND THEY COME 4 DAYS AFTER TO LOOK AT IT AND NEVER FIX IT! ALSO MY AC WOULD LEAK AND DAMAGE THE CARPET AND NOTHING NEVER WAS DONE ABOUT IT, SO I JUST SAID THE HELL WITH IT! I WAS GLAD TO MOVE OUT! AND NOW I'M LIVING IN A NICE HOME WITH A POOL AND BIG YARD IN NEW TAMPA! I'D NEVER WENT AN APARTMENT EVER AGAIN! IT'S BEST TO BUY A HOME THAN WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RENTING APARTMENTS!

Same thing happened to me, ceiling collapsed from leaking AC. Had a hole in the ceiling for 3 month! Then the pipe busted in the bathroom (at night) by the time I recognized it I was standing in 2 " deep water!!! I went through 3 different Managers. Bobbie that old wrench, the unfriendliest person I ever met, Billy OH MY GOD, I AM SO GLAD I AM OUT.....................
