We moved from teh back to the front when they went condo...what a joke (they threw one some paint and cleaned the grounds...woo hoo)! From the moment we looked at this place i knew it was a bad idea. They lost our inital paper work, quoted us three different rental pricing, they cashed our dep. after telling us they wouldn't, had our names wrong on the lease (even with our driver license info right in front of them) had the wrong APT and accused us of lying when we went to pick up our keys stating we were not suppose to move until the following week''!!!!! I had movers waiting outside with our stuff when all this was going on with two dogs and a child! We have termits, mice, plumbing problems...and that is just the things that are not a big deal. The leasing office is rude, the do not call you back, main. takes at least 1 full day to respond to an emer. I had a neighbor break our window...he came in our gate and let his dog loose on ours...so i told him off...he then threw a rock breaking our window...it took them 4 days of constant calling and police reports for them to "patch" the window, duh i did that after the police came...and another week to repair the missing window. Do not let them add on a laundry area...they sub contract, take no resp. for them and a 4 day job took 4 months. Friends of ours moved in..have the same issues, minus the crazy neighbor.

It is pretty (so long as you ignore the lower class res.), the rooms are huge, plus they are concrete block..no hearing anything..but if you ever need the leasing office it is like pulling teeth...got to say they sooo know me by name (after making a complete ass of myself yelling) and probably run when they see me coming. They plain just do not care. The leasing Mgr...Deb is a miserable crusty bitter old bag! The rest of the staff changes monthly because it is mand. to hold a real easte lic if you work in apt offices...they get whomever!

You have to threaten with not paying your rent, getting work done yourself, oh and the leasing co. they do not care either i've sent cert. letters to them w/ no response!

I could go on and on....but you get my point...RUN RUN FAST AND DON'T LOOK BACK!
