Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
When I first got in the Sailwinds in 2004 I thought is was a nice place. Yet maintenance never came to fix anything that need repairs. I was told by maintenance I didn't have to worry about having to replace the carpet in the apartment because of the A/C leaking all the time. Then I ask the office staff is that were true they agreed. Yet now I have an $800 charge on my credit for it. The new owners are replacing all the carpeting to make half the complex into condo so why should I pay for it'
