The Sailwinds name may be gone, but THE PARK AT LAKE MAGDALENE is NOT the place you want to live. Trust me, my lease is up mid-November and I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT!!! Combine mold, bad A/C units, ghetto neighbors, no help from ANYONE in the office EVER, waiting months at a time to get repairs done (simple and MAJOR), HUGE electricity bills (mine has topped $190 and i live alone!) and that is what you can expect from The Park At Lake Magdalene. Also, note that I am a single 25 year old woman, and I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT FEEL SAFE HERE!!! Even in the middle of Carrollwood, where I grew up. They don't keep lighting outside the units towards the back of the complex, and when i have to walk my dog late at night, it's pitch black. Please, think twice before signing a lease here!!
