This Place is a run down DUMP and grossly overpriced. If you lived here and have seen the painted countertops and cabinets and rotted wood all over the exteriors of the buldings. Oh, did I mention that it is dark, with no lights in a lot of places after dark, or the rotted patios, or the mismatched AND 35 YEAR old Air Conditioing systems! No wonder my electric bills are way too high! Another thing is that most people do not pick up thier pet waste, and a lot of folks have pit bulls, just a lawsuit waiting to happen, when one of them attacks a child or elderly person.

I would have to agree with most of your comments. We really did not complain much about the place. Although everything was painted even the door knobs, our main complaint was the AC issue. It never worked properly. And as for the place being dark, it is true. They only have a few lamp posts in the entrance section, but once you are inside the complex, it is almost pitch black.
