I moved to this dump in April 2006. I was sold on the property because they allowed large dogs and I thought that the patios with the lake view were great...BIG MISTAKE! The 1st month I lived there I had AC problems on 4 separate ocasions. They just kept adding freeon but wouldn't actually fix it. My patio door would not open. My screen door was broke. My front door was off the track sometimes even when it was unlocked it wouldn't open without me kicking it in. Still had continuos problems the whole year with AC. It leaked so bad the floor, wall and ceiling were all rotted which caused a HUGE MOLD ISSUE that they refused to fix. I called constantly with NO RETURNED CALLS. Finally I called Hillsborough County Code Enforcement. Only then did they come. All they did is wipe down the mold and paint the wall, it was back in a week. The wiring is also bad and dangerous. The kitchens are so cheap that the covering on cabinets kept falling off.The laundry facilities are a mess, never cleaned and most machines don't work, its always flooded. The office STAFF IS SO RUDE. MAINTENANCE IS AWFUL. The only descent person I dealt with was some lady at the Corp office I had to call when they tried to screw me over on my lease. The rent should be cut in half for the crap that goes on there, its not safe or even livable!! Check with the BBB they have A LOT of complaints!!!!
