rent to high and maintenace really bad

the rent is too high i pay for 600 sqf 744 in which is too expensive, but the say that you pay for the location and only up the street the rent is $200 cheaper. moreover the maintenace is really bad, they came in and clean all the trees and grass and made a mess to the door, and the door has been tirty for weeks, and the entrace is falling apart. do not recomend this place to anybody.
