they conned me into signing a year long lease when the lady that signed me up constantly told me it was a seven month. when my lease was up i called to NOT renew and they told me i was already renewed because i was on for a year and not seven months. i asked to speak to the employee that signed me up and she was conveniantly "let go." on top of that, all of the fixtures and appliances in my apartment literally started breaking two weeks later, they weren't fixed during the entire duration of my stay, no matter how many times i called about them. not only that, but my girlfriend lived in a separate apartment with deadly BLACK MOLD in the floors and the management failed to do anything about it and refused to let her out of her lease until she threatened to call a health agency about the problem. on top of that, someone also broke the window into my girlfriend's bedroom and it took THREE DAYS to repair. a broken window, open to anyone, was not fixed for three days. another horror story, my friend rented a townhome, a week later there was a hole in the ceiling from a shotty patch job. turns out the shower water leaked through the floor into the ceiling of the downstairs living room. they refused to let him out of his lease until his mother threatened to call a lawyer about their terrible practices.DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU. GUARANTEED. i would give the staff zero stars if possible.

Yep! You pretty much said it all. I lived here with my mom who was terminal. She died a month before the lease expired and the woman who rented us the apartment gave me her condolences and a hug right before she stabbed me in the back. She said not to worry about it given the circumstances. I wouldn't be fined. Now they are after me for almost $900. These people have no shame. And the place is a toilet infested w/ roaches. I had to call the health department to make them spray which I'm sure didn't help with their animosity towards me. In any case, if you rent here, you're going to deeply regret it. The woman next to us had her car broken into, the garbage is always full so people just drop their trash in front of the bin. Water is always out. everything leaks. toilet overflows, sink clogs. Once, the maintenance guy came over stoned off his ass and proceeded to give ME the plunger to fix the toilet. Run as fast as you can!
