My neighbor told me she wrote comments here and thought I should too. We are long timers and are always looking for other quiet mature people to live here. The rents here are very low. We would prefer that this was not brought to the attention to the leasing agent. If you look at a place here please don't tell the management that you can't believe how inexpensive it is. People keep doing that and rents are creeping up. Just be happy that it is so much for the money and keep your lips sealed. All of us here care about our homes and feel more like owners than renters. Maintenance is as fast as I have ever seen. We recently had a bad apple here and the management made that person leave so fast I thought his head would spin.
