Just moved in and love it. Neighbor suggested I write a review. I shopped a lot and didn't find anything else like this. Nobody here knows why the rent is so low. I drove by and saw a for rent sign and stopped. I thought they would be too expensive for me and found out they were less than where I lived and twice as nice. There isn't a pool but who cares. I was paying $1300 a month for something smaller. I pay $950 now. Its quiet too and the maintenance is great.
