The best thing about this complex is that it is full of professionals who are quiet, sophisticated, and respectful of one another. The leasing agent seems to be very choosey as to whom she rents because a lot of the people I have met here are somewhat well off and could live anywhere they choose. The area has an upscale feel in part because it is neatly landscaped and in part because of the caliber of residents living here. I am very hard to please when it comes to neighbors and service and this is the ONLY rental that I have ever been happy in. The service is unbelievable.
