I lived in these apartments for 6 years. At first a great company managed the property. Everything was fixed when needed within 24 hours. They were very friendly. As soon as Warner Mngt took over it all went down hill. My air conditioning stopped working completely after 6 months of fixing it long enough to cool the apartment for only 2 hours. I physically had to move out for 3 days because it was unbearable (I have pets). I paid that months rent without those 3 days. I was told I couldn't do that. "They would work with me to find a solution of some kind" which really menat them doing nothing. The A/C was never fixed before I moved out. When it came time to renew my lease they actually thought I would stay if my rent only went up $50 a month instead of the $75 they were proposing. I told them to kiss my A*$ as I moved out. Don't go there. I can only assume things never got better even after all these years.

AMEN I AGREE, MY AC WENT OUT TODAY...AFTER TWO DAYS OF SCREECHING NOISES... I CALLED THEM TWICE..AND THEY PUT ME OFF.., NOW I HAVE NO AC.. MANAGEMENT ARE IDIOTS
