This place SUCKS...more so the MANAGEMENT is completely oblivious to renters needs.. no regard for renters who live there..it's not just a client..it's a renter's home.. they have no respect..nor do they tend to renter's needs. The manager Patti is a total witch who patronizes and discounts renters.. and she will deliberately put off repairs to renters she does not care for.
Single women..the property is not safe, in 10/2004 there was a sexual assault in a building..and the assailant LIVED IN THE SAME BUILDING.. Lots of scummy people are allowed to live there.
RUN DO NOT WALK..TO ANOTHER PROPERTY
