I have been living at St James for 2yrs however things are really getting bad. I used be able to park right across from my apt that no longers applies. Someone has been parking 3 or 4 trucks at night, have complained to Patty and nothing has been done. The Laundry room is a fiasco, keeps getting broken into. People just come off the street to use pool/hot tub,or to hang out in the parking lot, did complained was told to call the police. By the time the Police shows up of course everyone is gone. Maintenance has done a good job when I needed something done. We need a more caring manager, more on top of things, like Rick used to be.
