I've lived there for close to year and I notice that they just keep on renting to the biggest piles of human trash you've ever seen.The "Gym"they have is always dirty and the machines are in disrepair, the treadmill is always broken down. I walked into the laundry and walked right out because the place was a mess. The parking situation is ridiculous because some of the tenants place their cars "for sale" and keep them in the same spot for months on end. They aren't selling their cars just working on them because they don't run. Someone apparently runs a business from their apartment because there are several vans that just appear in around 4 parking spaces in the evening. The place seems to be infested with all kinds of shady characters after dark and when I walk my dog late in the evening or early in the morning I always carry some kind of protection with me because I've had trouble with a couple of the tenants (real section 8 sleazebags). My lease is up soon and I'm getting out of there as soon as I can.
