Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've lived here 10 month and have had no problems. Noise is not a problem, parking is OK unless you come home late, after 10 weekdays. Management keeps place clean, trash dumpsters emptied regularly. Not gated so no control on comings and goings, some speeding. Generally a good place to live if you follow the rules and respect your neighboors.
