Well, I think most of the bad reviews here are not true. At least not in my experience. I have lived here for almost a year now and I have had no issues. I knew when I moved here that this was a low budget place and I decided I would accept all that comes with paying less in exchange for saving money! I have not felt unsafe and several of my neighbors are really nice. PLUS I really think the resident appreciate day from Dominos Pizza is cool - cheap cheap pizza once a month! AND now that new snack delivery service Mr. Munchies also delivers there. So if I want Ben and Jerry's at 1 a.m. I can get it delivered! Anyway all in all you get what you pay for and I have no complaints about this complex.

It's good to hear things are improving. Sometimes..over time, new management or key personnel are hired and new resident restrictions are implimented that can change the atmosphere of a complex. It doesn't necessarily mean that the past bad reviews are not accurate. The resident appriciation day sounds like a nice touch.
