St. James Crossing seemed liked a nice place to rent. I always paid my rent on time. I paid 2 deposits totally 650.00. I gave the proper 30 days notice prior to moving out. When I moved out they kept my deposits AND wanted me to pay more money; stating one of the deposits was a pet fee . I refused to pay extra money and now this matter has been sent to a collection agency. If you want your deposit back or to keep your credit rating .DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I agree as the same thing happened to me. 7 years later I'm still fighting it and it has not allowed me to rent from another apartment complex because it says I haven't paid them what I owe. Do NOT move into this complex
