(user photo) This is the water damage on the roof and you can tell were they tried to paint over it (user photo) This is a step back and this is what our living room ceiling looks like.

I have had nothing but problems since day one. The parking lot floods everytime it rains. Must get home before dark or you will not have a place to park. If you live on the first floor make sure you have renters insurance because its not there fault if it rains real hard and you have a leak right beside your bed. This problem is still not fixed 5 months later but I don't need to worry because it does not rain that much in the winter. I had a leak coming from the vent in the bathroom that took about a week to fix. The person that fixed the leak put plaster in the toilet that and caused that to get backed up. I can sit down and go on for days but the real deal is I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP.......
