this is quite possibly the worst place ive ever been in, and ive been in some bad places. thuggish children between the ages of 12 and 14 up at all hours of the night, vandalizing property. a staff that does not care about the property, and loud tenants who do not care if you have to work in the morning. i have had problems since day one, first of all there is no parking at all after about 6pm. second, it takes two weeks of calling the office everyday before someone comes out to look at the problem, and then another week before they come to fix it. third, the appliances are of poor quality, my stove has been broken for over a year now, i finally gave up and stopped calling them, and they never came out. the duct work is very shoddy and will cause your electicity bill to go through the roof. the pipes under my sink leak when i use my dishwasher. and today my kitchen ceiling started leaking because of the condition of the pipes in the upstairs bathroom. i would not recomend this place to my worst enemy, south american prisons are better kept than this place!
