I HATE San Marin. The rent is so high for no amenities, just a pool. The office manager does not help in any way to get things resolve and only gives excuses when you want results. I had to wait 3 weeks to get my garbage disposal fixed which only took 1 minute. My A/C broke one Friday night and I called the emergency maitnence and left 8 messages but no one ever called back. I stressed this to the managers and she said if I didn't leave the message in spanish then they can't help me {which the voicemail does not explain that}. I told her she is the manager and is her responsibity to make sure the tenants are comfortable and safe in the apartments.The end results was she did not consider the A/C as an emergency. So I had to wait till the following Wednesday for the A/C. 5 long days in the middle of the hottest month.
The apartment is getting worst and especially with the new manager. December 2004 is the last time I will ever be in San Marin. I hope the city decides to demolish it!
