(user photo) This is the water damage on the roof and you can tell were they tried to paint over it (user photo) This is a step back and this is what our living room ceiling looks like.

All the reviews are from the old residents that got evicted due to lack of respect for others as well as for themselves. If you live like an animal chances are you get treated like one. If everyone stuck together to keep this place more livable, and respect the apartment staff, as well as their neighbors it would not be so bad.

This complex has huge floor plans, for a reasonable price in rent. Do not be fooled. It is getting better and with the help of fellow tenants it would be a great place to live.

Keep in mind that you will find a lot of convienences: BUS STOP, GAS STATION, WALMART, WINN DIXIE, I-275, ETC.

It is not so bad!
