I would like to say that it is not all that bad. The apartments are huge like they advertise, no lie. The staff is pretty friendly. You really need to know them. Give respect, get respect.

There are some things that should be considered such as "PLAYGROUND", all these children but no where to play. "AREA", next to the pool, empty space, perfect for a playground.

"PARKING", it is ok to park, but would be a lot better to have assigned parking, great if it could be sheltered from the suns damaging rays. Better to keep track of who lives here too.

"CAR CARE AREA", it will give the residents the confidence that San Marin cares for what we work hard for.

"DOG WALK AREA", away form peoples door steps. "AREA", by the dumpster next to the mailboxes, keep all smells confined to one area.

"PET RULES", please keep your animal on a leash, and provide shot record for your pet, to protect our residents safety.

"ADULT GYM", take an empty 1st floor apartment next to the office, and convert it to a gym for US the RESIDENTS, key entry, NO SMALL CHILDREN ALLOWED, ages 12-17 accompanied by adult, 18 and over must keep it clean and ready for the next person.

"NO GYM, "CLUBHOUSE", for a get together with familys. Heck, rent it to your residents.

"LANDSCAPING", Seriously we need some grass.

"PRESSURE WASH", the buildings, make them stand out!

"SECURITY BOOTH", keep record as to who comes and goes. If not, fix the gates.

"STREET SIGNS", time for new ones people, they are hard to see, and some drivers do not know how to read. Think safety for the children.

"COMMUNITY WATCH PROGRAM", all residents should really stick together!!!!!

All in all it is pretty quite, getting clean. Living here is ok, but we do not want OK, we want GREAT. Residents for your children, get together with your complex manager, help out, show you care, donate some funds, give ideas, donate used furniture for up comming ideas. Pitch in.
