Under new management again' Face it people, you have to be over-qualified to work here. This rat hole will never change until major renovations are underway. They need to start with the filthy disgusting residents who like to live like animals in the street. You can tell who the clean residents are by just strolling through the property. They keep their doorways x-tra clean, and you never see maintenance in and out of their apartment.

What is the reason for the parking permits if they are not acknowledged. CIS "security", what security' They hang out with the low-lifes out here. The office staff does not care about the good decent residents, or the lowsey, just their money. I lived here 2 years and we already had 3 new managements, hmmm go figure!

New word out is that we have sexual predators living here. I wouldn't be surprised, they let anyone live here. Talk about non-discrimination.

Best of luck to you in finding a place to call home, please don't waste your time and money here.

Actually, if you look on the sexual predator website for this zipcode? Because no sexual predator in the state of Florida has an address of Del Lago Circle, also every person who moves into the complex must pass a criminal background check.

Hold up, Why on the defensive? I said they are RUMORS, so chill. The office must have messed with someone to get this rumor out. People do and say stupid things. I can vouch for the complex I have not seen any wierd suspisious people lerking around, but you never KNOW.
