We have new Mgmt again. I feel sorry for her and her new team. Let's just say they came into a complex not knowing what they got them selves into. They are now stuck with all the band-aide work that was done on the premisses prior to when we had the other 3 Mgmt Teams. They claim a lot of new changes are going to be underway, but seriously, they will be wasting their time. No matter how much this place gets improved their will always be that certain person or persons visitor to damage what they fix. It is also known to be true that some peopledo live like PIGS, which is an eye sore for the community.
We have rules, they just need to be enforced. This place is not all that bad, but then again there will be trouble every where you go. What they need to do, sorry to say this, BUT that they need to separate the clean respectful tenants, with the filthy and rude. Then they will see what and whom are doing what. They also need to walk around more and make sure everything is in tip/top shape. They need an all night security guard on the premisses. They need to have the younger children supervised by their parents. This place needs to be emptied out and start over from scratch. This place has a lot of law suites waiting to happen. All I can say is Best of Luck to the New MGMT and her TEAM.

What you don't know is the property she came from she ran it down by refusing to do repairs. That's why Deanna Queen was sent here because this property was better than the one she came from. Now we have problems far worst than we had before because of her poor management.
