When we moved in, it was like a dream. I mean, a fireplace in Tampa! How often do you find that' Yeah, I could see that there were some problems, but I figured that they would be fixed quickly. The management then was extremely nice and seemed helpful.

The keyword for that was 'seemed'. Yes, you get LOADS of living space and more closets than you'll use in a lifetime. No one has broken into my home, but we don't give them the chance.

My car was broken into and my radio stolen a couple of months after we moved in. There are 7-10 year-old girls that roam this place in packs and scream the foulest, nastiest obcenities you've ever heard half-way across the complex. The dumpsters are always overflowing with the trash that the trashy people here have dumped in there. We have enough shopping carts to start a grocery store and I'd say 80% of the residents here are disgusting, trashy people.

My neighbours live in another 3 bedroom townhouse like ours and there have to be at least 8 or 9 people actually living there, making ruckus at all hours of the night. Firecrackers booming constantly (when there are no holidays!), drug dealers wandering around, people blantantly smoking illegal substances, children wandering around without supervision . . . and now the pool is drained and it looks like a pipe busted underneath since I haven't seen a drain pump.

If you come home later than 6pm, there is nowhere to park. You just give it up and park about a block or two down from where you live. I already had my car towed away because they mis-painted the parking spots when they blacktopped the complex recently.

The new manager is EXTREMELY sweet and nice, she does seem to genuinely care about your problems, but as another user stated, she walked into a big, steaming mess of crap from the two morons who proceeded her. She has at least made it to where maint guys WILL come out when she asks them to do so. I actually feel bad every time I take a concern to her because I know these girls have a lot to deal with, but damn, I can't wait to get out of here.

You can't expect much better, though, because this is Tampa and it's no longer the city I grew up in. This is why my husband and I are planning to move our family to another state when we can afford it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I moved here from Salt Lake City UT and I must agree! The ladies in the office do try but honestly I feel they worry more about collecting rent! Reapirs aren't made in a timely manner but come the 1st of the month and they have the nerve to send statements that rent is due no leter than the 3rd. How about the repairs I've been waiting over 6 week for? And as for the parking it is a NIGHTMARE!

I have no clue who or what apartments you are talking apartment but it's definitely not San Marin or Deanna Queen. This is worst than third world living and the manager is a slum lord.
